High quality body material

QT450-10 ductile iron body, 3 levels spheroidization rate, the tensile strength is 450MPa, the extension rate is over 10%. It is not easy to crack and freeze crack.

Prevent body corrosion and rust

Epoxy coating for both valve inside and outside. Over 250μm coating thickness. Effectively prevent valve body corrosion and rust. It can be used in sewage system.

High quality EPDM rubber seal

50% rubber content EPDM coated DI wedge. The rubber is firmly coated with wedge, which is not easy to fall off.

Small friction Avoid leakage

2Cr13 valve stem. Three O-ring sealing design. Reduce frictional resistance when switching, avoid medium exposure.

Switch smoother

Brass stem nut and positioning device, switch smoother and avoids jamming during operation.

High protection level

IP65 protection level electric actuator.

FEATURES

The top-mounted structure of the electric soft-sealed gate valve reduces the connecting bolts of the valve body, enhances the reliability of the valve and can overcome the influence of the weight of the system on the normal operation of the valve.
It overcomes the defects of general gate valve such as poor sealing, elastic fatigue and easy corrosion. It uses the compensation effect of the elastic gate plate to produce a small amount of deformation to achieve a good sealing effect. It has the obvious advantages of light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life.
